Sharjah24: As part of its endeavor to support and enhance the services provided to Emirati entrepreneurs, “Meles Ruwad” - one of Sharjah Entrepreneurship Foundation (Ruwad), affiliated to Sharjah Economic Development Department (SEDD) - held its third session last Monday this year, through a virtual discussion through the application Zoom, titled "Ruwad Incentives and Offers."
The seminar was held through the Zoom app, and moderated by the journalist and social researcher, Dr. Abdul Salam Al Hammadi, with the participation of a group of officials in a number of government and private agencies supporting the entrepreneurship sector, and a number of Emirati entrepreneurs who are owners of small and medium enterprises.
His Excellency Hamad Ali Abdullah Al Mahmoud, Director of the Ruwad Foundation, stated that the “Meles Ruwad” initiative has made qualitative steps in achieving its goals by creating and building an effective link between its members who are project owners and the concerned authorities in the emirate.
He added that the seminars presented by "Meles Ruwad" have enriched the spaces of communication and discussion between these parties, especially with regard to the opportunities and advantages available to entrepreneurs, as well as the challenges they face in the labor market, and access to innovative ideas and solutions poured towards establishing the competitiveness of these projects and providing the optimal environment for their development.
Al Mahmoud added that the seminar aimed at introducing members and those wishing to enter the field of entrepreneurship with the opportunities, services, offers, advantages and facilities provided for the benefit of entrepreneurs from the base of the Foundation's strategic partners, including government and private agencies.
