Coral Beach Resort replaces plastic bottles with glass ones

Sharjah 24: In a special session on World Tourism Day 2023, Coral Beach Resort Sharjah's General Manager, Iftikhar Hamdani, discussed the opening of the Coral Sustainable Water Station and the benefits of promoting sustainable tourism in Sharjah.

He explained to "Sharjah 24" that glass bottles will replace plastic ones when the bottling facility is operational. Sharjah Coral Beach Resort is eliminating single-use plastic bottles (about 300,000 in a year).

He invited Sharjah hotels to join the club, stating that they are part of the Sharjah tourism industry and don't need costly supplies to start.
