Sharjah24: His Excellency Major General Saif Al-Zari Al-Shamsi, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, has highlighted the remarkable role of the Ports and Airports Police Department (PAPD) of the Sharjah Police General Command, shedding light on its significance in the Sharjah International Airport, and underscoring the great responsibilities of its officers and individuals.
He highlighted the importance of ensuring a positive work environment, contributing in enhancing the employees' happiness, and playing a major positive role in supporting the work system , as well as raising the level of job performance.
This came during the attendance of His Excellency Major General Saif Al-Zari Al-Shamsi the focus sessions, organised by the Human Resources Department for the employees of the ports and airports management, with the aim of motivating employees and encouraging them to think collectively, generate creative ideas and involve them in decision-making, which contributes to raising the happiness in the work environment. His Excellency listened to all the comments and suggestions submitted by the employees.
His Excellency Major General Saif Al-Zari Al-Shamsi stresses that Sharjah Police has made the happiness of its employees at the forefront of its priorities, contributing in achieving the Ministry of Interior’s strategy aimed at enhancing customer happiness with the services provided, indicating the importance of organising such sessions.
The focus sessions were attended by a number of dignitaries , and employees from the Ports and Airports Police Department (PAPD) of the Sharjah Police General Command.
