Sharjah Ruler visits Sharjah Police stand in 12th SCRF

Sharjah 24: His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, on Wednesday, visited Sharjah Police stand in Sharjah Children's Reading Festival (SCRF), which embodies and translates the vision of His Highness, and and his wife, Her Highness Sheikha Jawaher bint Mohammed Al Qasimi, Wife of His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah and Chairperson of TBHF, and their interest in making Sharjah a friendly Emirate for children and adolescents.
His Highness was received by Major General Saif Al-Zari Al Shamsi, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, and His Excellency Brigadier General Dr. Mohammed Khamis Al Othmani, Chairman of the Scientific Council of Sharjah Police Science Academy (SPSA).

Major General Saif Al-Zari Al Shamsi presented to His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah, a number of publications including “the policeman magazine”, “the young policeman magazine” and a collection of short stories entitled “Secrets within our Homes”, in addition to other publications that deal with family and child, aiming at raising the reader’s awareness. 

Throughout SCRF, Sharjah Police stand conducts a series of arts performances for children, awareness workshops, educational sessions that include but not limited to combating bullying. 

Sharjah Police stand events are introduced directly and via virtual platforms for school students, all over.  Moreover, the stand holds a number of competitions and artistic activities featured by the “young policeman” character.

Major General Saif Al-Zari Al Shamsi, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, expressed his deep gratitude and appreciation to His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, and to his wife, Her Highness Sheikha Jawaher bint Mohammed Al Qasimi, for their continous support to children affairs.
