Al-Rawi expresses pride in UoS' obtaining membership of EFRS

Sharjah24: Dr. Bashar Al-Rawi, Professor Head of Medical Diagnostic Imaging Department at the College of Health Sciences at the University of Sharjah (UoS), expressed pride in the University’s new achievements in obtaining membership of the European Federation of Radiographer Societies (EFRS), as the first university outside the European Union countries.
Commenting on this, Bashar Al-Rawi confirmed that the European Federation of Radiographer Societies includes nearly 100,000 radiological technicians and more than 8,000 radiology students. In his statement to "Sharjah 24", Al-Rawi lauded the importance of the membership, stressing that it provides new opportunities for members and students of the department to participate in seminars, events and conferences of the Union in the future, indicating that the membership reflects the strength of the department's academic program, and its affinity with many programs in European countries.
