SCHS branch in Central Region, Al Dhaid Club renew MoU

Sharjah24: Ms. Mona Abdul Karim Al Yafei, Director of Sharjah City for Humanitarian Services (SCHS) and His Excellency Salem bin Mohammed Huwaiden Al Ketbi, Chairman of Al Dhaid Sports and Cultural Club signed the renewal of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the SCHS’s branch in the Central Region and the Club, aiming of enhancing the joint cooperation to provide distinguished services for students with disabilities and community activities and events.
According to the memorandum, the two parties undertake to collaborate in the field of facilitating the access of persons with disabilities to all their facilities and buildings and to support joint media campaigns through social media and approved official channels; stressing the importance of encouraging employees of both sides to volunteer and promote the community participation in activities and events.

On this occasion, His Excellency Al Ketbi has highlighted the importance of such collaboration, emphashiging the SCHS’s keenness and its continuous endeavor to empower persons with disabilities. He also underscored the SCHS’s important role in educating the members of society about the social integration for the disabled persons.

In turn, Ms. Mona Abdul Karim Al Yafei appreciated the keenness of the Al Dhaid Sports and Cultural Club to cooperate with the SCHS, aiming to provide appropriate services for people with disabilities, stressing that the Sharjah City for Humanitarian Services constantly works to develop cooperation with institutions.

Al Yafei appreciated the efforts of His Excellency Salem bin Mohammed Huwaiden Al Ketbi and the working team, highlighting their remarkable role in empowering the people with disabilities.
