Sharjah 24: Aisha Ali Al Kaabi, Acting Director of Sharjah Children's Centres said that celebrating the International Children’s Day (ICD) with the whole world, reminds us of the UAE’s efforts and achievements in the field of childcare, as the Country has placed children protection among its top priorities since the establishment of the Union.
Al Kaabi stated that the UAE has been keen to provide children with education, health, entertainment or other rights. She added that, Sharjah in particular, according to the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, and with the close follow-up Sheikha Jawaher bint Mohammed Al Qasimi, Wife of His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah, and Chairperson of Rubu’ Qarn Foundation for Creating Future Leaders and Innovators, has become the friendly emirate for children and young people.
Al Kaabi explained that Sharjah Children is keen to rehabilitate children, develop their talents, and arm them with science and knowledge, in an effort to prepare generations capable of serving their homeland and preserving their property and wealth.
