Sharjah 24: Huda Ali, Public Relations Department Coordinator at the Sharjah Art Foundation, announced that the foundation will open the Flying Saucer building, next Saturday, after completing the most recent restoration work.
The Public Relations Department Coordinator at the Sharjah Art Foundation confirmed that the Flying Saucer building is one of the most important architectural landmarks in the Emirate of Sharjah since the 1970s. She also noted that through its new design it provides a public outdoor space and a community space on the ground floor that includes a café, a library and activity facilities. In a statement to "Sharjah 24", the Public Relations Department Coordinator at the Sharjah Art Foundation maintained that the building will be used as an artistic and creative forum for all members of society, in addition to hosting public programmes and events, indicating that it will host, next Saturday, the exhibition "Nowhere Less Now3". She added that the public can visit the exhibition seven days a week by booking through Sharjah Art Foundation’s website, noting the adherence to preventive measures and social distancing guidelines.
