Sharjah24: Waleed Al Sayegh, Director General of Sharjah Finance Department (SFD) stressed the department keenness to providing smart services to facilitate the customers and to achieve its vision of building an innovation-based financial system to enhance sustainability and prosperity in the Emirate of Sharjah and the United Arab Emirates.
Speaking to Sharjah24, Al Sayegh added, “Being the financial arm of Sharjah government, SFD seeks to adopt the priorities of the government including the digital transformation. Through this smart service, SFD is supporting the governmental strategy towards achieving this digital transformation.”
He added that the new service will serve around 100 governmental entities where I is going to be used currently in transfers of salaries, supplier payments, and contractors payments.
Al Sayegh pointed out that one of the most important priorities of the Sharjah Government is digital transformation, and this initiative serves this transformation within the government’s strategy, and adds a development dimension to distinguished services through smart applications.
