In exclusive remarks to "Sharjah 24," Hussain Al Mahmoudi emphasized that the program features partnerships with universities and colleges in the Emirate of Sharjah—including the American University of Sharjah and the University of Sharjah—and involves students, designers, and academics, thereby fostering the exchange of knowledge and expertise and the development of talent in the fields of design and innovation.

SPARK’s CEO stated that "Maqar 39" is intended to establish an integrated ecosystem which includes developing the capabilities of innovators and creatives, attracting specialized companies in this field, and displaying the latest design-related technologies and solutions.

Al Mahmoudi stated that the "Innovation Accelerators" are one of the "Maqar 39" initiatives and that the complex plans to introduce more programs in the future, with a view to increasing the private sector's involvement in supporting the program and achieving its objectives concerning the development of the national industry.
