Leaders stress importance of dialogue and coordination

The two leaders also reviewed several issues of mutual interest and emphasized the importance of continued coordination and consultation on regional and international matters.

Sheikh Tamim highlighted the need to prioritise dialogue and diplomatic solutions to resolve disputes, while calling on all parties to uphold commitments made under the memorandum of understanding between the United States and Iran.

The Qatari Emir also stressed the importance of supporting international efforts aimed at reducing tensions and strengthening regional and global peace and security.
