It enables seamless transfer of service periods without additional financial burdens, while simplifying procedures and eliminating previous cost differences and fees.
To benefit from the service, individuals must meet specific conditions, including completing at least one year of service and applying via the Ma’ashi digital platform within three months of joining a new employer. The GPSSA stressed that compliance ensures uninterrupted coverage, with Shourak serving as a key pillar in strengthening long-term financial sustainability and retirement security for Emiratis.
