Sharjah24: Sheikh Dr Salem bin Abdulrahman Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Sharjah Ruler's Office, attended the graduation ceremony of students studying at Masarat Center for Development and Empowerment, affiliated with Sharjah City for Humanitarian Services, on Wednesday morning at Al Qasimia University.
