The number of young people employed across the Gulf region reached about 14.2 million in 2025, or 38.1% of the total workforce, a 5.1% increase from the previous year.
In 2025, some 2.5 million young people worked among GCC nationals, making up 43.5% of all employed nationals. The number was up 3.1% from 2024.
