During the forum, Al Zeyoudi spoke at a session focused on Eurasian trade and logistics, highlighting the importance of improving trade routes, adopting paperless logistics systems, and expanding investment in transport infrastructure to strengthen global trade connections.
Al Zeyoudi also held meetings with senior officials from the Eurasian Economic Commission, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan to explore opportunities for deeper economic cooperation and investment partnerships.
He reaffirmed the UAE’s commitment to strengthening relations with the EAEU, noting that non-oil trade between the UAE and the bloc exceeded $33.3 billion in 2025, while trade with Kazakhstan reached around $6.1 billion. The discussions build on the Economic Partnership Agreement signed last year between the UAE and the EAEU to boost trade, reduce barriers, and support sustainable economic growth.
