US Envoy: Syrian President Al-Sharaa expected to visit Washington

Sharjah 24 – Reuters: US Special Envoy to Syria Tom Barrack announced on Saturday, during the Manama Dialogue in Bahrain, that Syrian President Ahmed Al-Sharaa is expected to visit Washington.

Speaking to reporters, Barrack expressed hope that during the visit, Syria would join the US-led coalition in its efforts to defeat “Daesh”.
