His Highness Sheikh Humaid welcomed Abdulla Al Hamed and praised the efforts of the National Media Office in advancing the UAE’s media sector and enhancing its presence locally and internationally. He highlighted that this aligns with the vision of the nation’s leadership, which places media at the core of sustainable development.
The Ruler of Ajman affirmed that, under the leadership of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the UAE continues to build a modern, knowledge-driven, and values-based media system that supports national progress and innovation.
The meeting discussed key initiatives to empower the media industry, enhance its contribution to the national economy, and establish a forward-looking media model based on excellence and creativity.
His Highness Sheikh Humaid emphasised that media serves as a bridge connecting people and nations, not just a source of news. He reaffirmed Ajman’s commitment to supporting national efforts that promote social awareness and creative media innovation.
He added that responsible media is a cornerstone of societal progress and called for nurturing Emirati media talent capable of building a globally competitive and ethical media environment.
Abdulla Al Hamed expressed his gratitude to the Ruler of Ajman for his continuous support of the UAE’s media sector. He reiterated that the UAE’s media vision, under the leadership of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, focuses on developing an innovative, responsible, and future-ready media ecosystem that strengthens national identity and global reputation.
