Dr Khalifa Musabah Al Tunaiji, Chaurman of the Department of Agriculture and Livestock, explained that this collaboration aims to work together more closely in areas like research and development. They plan to train students from the College of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine and improve food products using the university's facilities.
In an interview with “Sharjah 24”, Al Tunaiji mentioned that this partnership will enhance scientific research and help discover new methods to advance agriculture. This, in turn, will support Sharjah’s goal of achieving sustainable food security.
The agreement was signed by Al Tunaiji and Professor Dr Aisha Bushlaibi, the Chancellor of the University of Dhaid, in front of various officials and members of the university's staff.
