Khaled bin Mohamed welcomes Social Care Forum delegates

Sharjah 24 – WAM: His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, received guests and participants of the second edition of the Social Care Forum, held from 24–25 September 2025 in Abu Dhabi.

Organisers and theme

The forum is organised by the Department of Community Development – Abu Dhabi in collaboration with Deloitte Middle East, under the theme "Future Ready Social Care: People, Practice and Policy."

Focus of discussions

The meeting at Al Bateen Palace covered key forum topics, including the integration of artificial intelligence and digital analytics to boost the efficiency of social services. It also addressed the development of innovative care models to meet the changing needs of children, youth, and senior citizens.

Strategic vision for social care

Sheikh Khaled stressed that the social care sector is a vital pillar of comprehensive development. He highlighted the importance of not only responding to current demands but also preparing for future challenges to improve quality of life and fulfil societal aspirations.

The meeting was attended by Sheikh Khalifa bin Tahnoon bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Court; Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalifa bin Hamdan Al Nahyan; and Sheikh Zayed bin Mansour bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan.
