Sharjah 24 – WAM: His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, highlighted the importance of empowering national talent and investing in their capabilities to prepare future leaders. During a meeting with participants in the “UAE Government Leaders Programme 2025” at Al Rumaila Palace, he emphasised that developing Emirati competencies is key to driving progress across all sectors.

Commending government efforts and programme objectives

Sheikh Mohammed praised the UAE Government’s commitment to nurturing creative Emirati minds, enabling them to achieve distinguished accomplishments. He also commended the programme organisers for their efforts in preparing future leaders capable of driving positive change and adapting to future transformations.

An open dialogue on leadership

The Crown Prince engaged in an open discussion with the participants on leadership values. He stressed the importance of ambition, continuous learning, and collaboration, and shared insights on leadership qualities such as courage, wisdom, perseverance, and empathy.
