Full support system for the Disabled foundation for integration

Sharjah 24: Anwar Obaid, who leads the Severe Disabilities Center at the Sharjah City for Humanitarian Services, spoke at the World Congress 2025 “We Are Inclusion” about the importance of supporting people with disabilities. She highlighted that to create a truly effective support system, we need to start with a few key elements.

First, it’s crucial to involve people with disabilities in the decision-making process. Their voices and opinions should be respected and valued, rather than treated with pity or exclusion.
