Universal Postal Union confirms suspensions

The Universal Postal Union (UPU), a United Nations agency headquartered in Switzerland, reported that its member states paused package deliveries amid uncertainty caused by the changes in US customs regulations.

End of small package exemption

Last month, the United States announced it would end the exemption for small international shipments valued under $800. This policy change is set to take effect on August 29.
