UAE sets Dubai camp, friendlies ahead of World Cup Play-Offs

Friendly matches against Syria and Bahrain

As part of their preparations, the UAE national team will hold a training camp in Dubai from 25 August to 9 September. During the camp, the team will play two friendly matches: 4 September vs Syria and 8 September vs Bahrain.

Both matches will take place at Zabeel Stadium, home of Al Wasl Club.

Crucial play-offs in October

The AFC play-off matches are scheduled from 8 to 14 October in Doha, Qatar, where the UAE will face Oman and Qatar at the Jassim bin Hamad Stadium. These matches will be decisive in the UAE's journey toward qualifying for the 2026 World Cup.
