The club emphasises that this recurring programme is more than a seasonal event; it is a national educational project inspired by the vision of His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, to prepare future leaders with strong values, community awareness, and a patriotic spirit.
The opening, held at the club’s headquarters, was attended by Dr Mohammed Ahmed Al Mutawa, Chairman of the Cultural and Sports Club, and Mohammed Abdullah Al Tarban, Chairman of the Football Club, alongside board members, staff, and a crowd of eager parents and participants.
Dr Al Mutawa highlighted in his address that the programme reflects the club’s broader mission to blend educational and cultural development with sports. He underlined that time invested in children is time invested in the nation's future and noted that the programme was crafted to provide a variety of activities in a supportive and secure setting.
Day one showcased key elements of the action plan, which includes a diverse schedule of sports, cultural and social events, and skill-building workshops. These are designed to strengthen character, encourage creativity, and nurture essential life skills, reflecting the club’s aim to deliver meaningful, community-focused content.
The launch saw enthusiastic engagement from parents, who praised the event’s organisation and the thoughtful welcome. They acknowledged the value of such initiatives in helping their children grow in confidence and ability, and in directing their energy toward positive activities.
Running through the end of July 2025, the programme includes a full calendar of activities such as educational trips, awareness sessions, sports contests, and cultural gatherings. These efforts are carried out in collaboration with local government entities and community organisations, reinforcing the club’s role in fostering community partnership and integrated youth development.
