Present at the meeting were Major General Khalifa Hareb Al Khaili, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, along with a number of officers from the ministry. Also in attendance were Dr. Richard Kay, Ambassador of New Zealand to the UAE; Bruce Abrin, Assistant Commissioner of Police for the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa; as well as several members of the New Zealand delegation.
