He also highlighted a parliamentary question raised by Council Member Rashid Abdullah bin Huwaiden's Al Ketbi to the Human Resources Department: addressing the support of national talent, job localisation, and enhancing the appeal of private sector employment.
Al Nuaimi praised the Human Resources Department for accommodating graduates and attracting expertise, adding that human capital is the cornerstone of any institutional work. “What the department representatives presented clearly addressed the members’ concerns,” he concluded.
