16th karate title this season
The team added its 16th championship title of the season after winning the Youth and Juniors in Group Kumite. The tournament was hosted at Sharjah Club Hall in Al Hazana, featuring 95 players from nine clubs across the UAE.
A season of complete dominance
Sharjah’s karate squad has had an exceptional season, sweeping all competitions organised by the UAE Karate Federation in both individual and team categories for kata and kumite.
Leadership commends players and staff
Engineer Suleiman Abdulrahman Al Hajri, Board Member and Head of Individual Games at Sharjah Sports Club, praised the team’s consistent achievements. He attributed the success to ambitious development plans, effective talent scouting, and a highly skilled technical staff.
Eyes set on full championship sweep
Al Hajri noted that the club aims to monopolise all federation championships in one season, with six titles still up for grabs. He affirmed the club's commitment to maintaining its top position and pushing the boundaries of excellence in the sport.

He concluded by congratulating the players for their high performance and strong spirit, and credited the coaching staff for their pivotal role in leading the team to repeated victories.
