Sharjah 24: His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, delivered a speech commemorating the 49th anniversary of the unification of the UAE Armed Forces. His Highness noted that this anniversary serves as a reminder of the journey toward unity and the decision that significantly impacted the history of the nation. The unification of the Armed Forces is described as a pivotal measure that contributed to the security and cohesion of the nation, laying a foundation for ongoing development initiatives.

 Beacon of Pride and Dignity
“The UAE Armed Forces are a source of pride and honor for the nation. They work tirelessly to protect the country’s achievements and represent our values on various platforms. Our courageous soldiers are examples of dedication and selflessness, not only in safeguarding our homeland but also in helping communities around the world based on our core values of cooperation and support for others in need. Their significant efforts in building the nation and supporting friendly countries reflect the UAE's strong principles and wise leadership,” said His Highness.

His Highness added, “We pray for the protection of the UAE and its strong leadership, asking for ongoing blessings of safety and stability. We wish good fortune and strength for our brave armed forces as they carry on their important work.
