Mansour bin Zayed, Pres. of Chad discuss strengthening cooperation

Sharjah 24 – WAM: His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Presidential Court, received Mahamat Idriss Déby Itno, President of the Republic of Chad, at Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi. The meeting took place as part of the President of Chad’s official visit to the UAE.

His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan welcomed the President of Chad and reiterated the strong and long-standing ties between the two friendly nations.

Both sides discussed ways to enhance cooperation

During the meeting, both sides discussed ways to enhance cooperation across various fields and explored opportunities to further develop collaboration in pursuit of sustainable growth and mutual prosperity.

His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan hosted a luncheon in honour of the visiting President and his accompanying delegation.

The banquet was attended by Sheikh Shakhboot bin Nahyan Al Nahyan, Minister of State, along with a number of senior UAE officials.
