Abdullah bin Zayed, Omani FM discuss Iran-US talks

Sharjah 24 – WAM: His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, held a phone call with Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Sultanate of Oman, to review the latest developments in the talks between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the United States, hosted by Oman.

Appreciation for Oman's mediation efforts

During the conversation, His Highness Sheikh Abdullah praised Oman's constructive mediation, highlighting its vital role in building trust and promoting regional stability.

Confidence in positive outcomes

Sheikh Abdullah also expressed his confidence in Oman’s ability to bridge differences between Washington and Tehran, and to help create favorable conditions for trust-building and global peace, security, and stability.
