Sharjah 24: Under the Patronage of His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, Al Qasimia University (AQU) inaugurated its international conference titled "Quranic Readings: A Glorious Past, Contemporary Reality, and a Promising Future."

Over 50 researchers from 17 countries participate

The conference, led by His Excellency Professor Jamal Al Turaifi, President of Al Qasimia University (AQU), brought together more than 50 researchers from 35 scientific and educational institutions across 17 countries worldwide.

Focus on digitalisation and artificial intelligence

The conference delves into the historical efforts of scholars on Quranic readings, with a special focus on the role of digitisation and artificial intelligence in modernising teaching methods while preserving their authenticity.
