Sharjah24: Faisal Khalid Al Nabooda, Director of Marketing and Public Relations at the Sharjah Cooperative Society (SCS) , announced the launch of the fifth Farmers' Forum under the slogan "Grown in UAE" which saw significant participation from national farm owners at Al Rahmaniya Commercial Center.
Al Nabooda added that the SCS started in 1999 by supporting four national farms, and today the support has expanded to over 100 farms across the country, along with showcasing more than 300 organic products in all SCS branches. He encouraged visitors and shoppers to take advantage of the offers on the best national agricultural products.
The Director of Marketing and Public Relations at the Sharjah Cooperative Society (SCS) expressed gratitude to all attendees and participants in the fifth edition of the forum, especially the Sharjah Agriculture and Livestock Department, the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment, and the Sharjah Economic Development Department for their support to farmers and for overcoming the challenges they face in achieving food security. He also thanked all local national farms and their owners for their presence, wishing them success and excellence.
