With a keen focus on enhancing Sharjah's tourist destinations, including its coastal areas, His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, has directed the Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority to construct crossings over the valleys in Khorfakkan to safeguard Al Zubara Beach from future erosion.
In addition, he has ordered the construction of an asphalt road leading to the beach and the establishment of 80 parking spaces, ensuring that every detail is attended to for a satisfying and comfortable visit.
