It is accessible via Corniche Street (S110), with parking available in the designated area. A short walk across the pedestrian bridge behind the mosque leads to the island. Open year-round, the most pleasant time to visit is from October to April.

The Butterfly House immediately enchants visitors with its striking architectural design. Inside, visitors are greeted by a vibrant array of over 500 butterflies of various sizes and colours, fluttering around them. As they explore, they delve into the fascinating world of butterflies, gaining insights into their life cycles and observing species like the Nymph and Common Mormon up close. The Butterfly House on Al Noor Island is open daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
The “Explorer Pass” ticket invites visitors to embrace their adventurous spirit and uncover the secrets of Al Noor Island. For 75 AED, this pass grants access to both Al Noor Island and the Butterfly House, along with a detailed map and essential tools for a self-guided exploration. Designed for adults and children, the “Explorer Pass” also features interactive games that enrich the experience and provide deeper insights into the island.
This experience offers visitors an immersive journey through outer space, fostering a deep appreciation for the Creator's brilliance in crafting the universe. The Sky Watch night experience allows for the observation of the moon, stars, distant planets, and galaxies through specialised telescopes. Furthermore, expert astronomers are on hand to offer guidance and insights, enriching the experience.
To participate, both adults and children need a specific ticket priced at 75 AED. The experience is available from sunset until 11:00 PM on weekdays and from sunset until midnight on weekends.
Dedicating fifteen to thirty minutes each morning to meditation and relaxation can significantly improve the day, boosting energy and vitality for tackling various tasks and responsibilities. This effect is further heightened when meditation is practised in stunning natural surroundings. Therefore, Al Noor Island provides a unique opportunity to practise yoga and meditate in green spaces within a shaded area near the Butterfly House.
These exclusive sessions for women are available every Sunday from the first week of each month, from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM, with tickets priced at 50 AED.

Al Noor Island provides an immersive agricultural experience through its Nurture Nature experience. This two-hour adventure immerses participants in every stage of plant cultivation, from sowing seeds to harvesting produce, allowing them to gain insights into essential agricultural techniques. This includes planting, nurturing, and maintaining various plants and gardens.
Ticket prices vary based on the activities chosen. Adults can enjoy activities such as Germination-From Seed to Plant, Introduction to Indoor Plants Workshop, Grow Your Own Tea Garden Herbs, and The Japanese Art of Kokedama using the Moss Ball Technique, each priced at 120 AED. For children under 15, the "Young Gardener" experience is available for 100 AED from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, including access to all Nurture Nature activities.
This experience offers a perfect blend of a delectable meal and a breathtaking view of Sharjah city. On the shores of Khalid Lagoon in Al Noor Island, visitors can select their preferred dishes from the menu while enjoying a serene and relaxing atmosphere.
Available daily from 9:00 AM to 10:30 PM, this experience provides two packages: the standard package at 180 AED for adults and 95 AED for children, and the premium package at 220 AED for adults and 150 AED for children. Both packages include island entry, a guided tour, stargazing, and an exclusive beachside dining experience.
Al Noor Island not only boasts diverse recreational activities but also provides an exceptional setting for memorable celebrations. The island can be reserved for events such as birthday parties, weddings, corporate gatherings, team-building activities, workshops, and private dinners. These events are held in a scenic open-air space, surrounded by stunning natural beauty.
Booking prices vary based on the type of event and required services. Exclusive bookings start at 12,600 AED, whereas non-exclusive bookings (with other events taking place) begin at 3,000 AED for half a day and 7,000 SED for a full day. For weddings, exclusive bookings are priced at 16,000 AED on Mondays and Tuesdays and 22,000 AED on Fridays and Saturdays.
While the venue accommodates up to 200 guests, prices cover exclusive use of the location, cleaning services, technical support, and a guided tour of the island and the Butterfly House (available from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM), but do not include catering.
As for private birthday parties, they can be hosted in several outdoor locations on the island, including the bay, the Juice Bar, or outside Al Noor Café. Exclusive bookings start at 3,000 AED without catering. It includes the reservation of the chosen area, technical support, a guided tour of the island and the Butterfly House, and a stargazing session (weather permitting).
It is worth mentioning that the bay area accommodates up to 100 people, while Al Noor Café and the Juice Bar each host up to 45 people. Capacities may vary based on the restrictions set by the Sharjah government.
