Sharjah 24 – WAM: The State of Qatar has strongly condemned the Israeli occupation forces' burning of Kamal Adwan Hospital in northern Gaza and the forced evacuation of patients and medical staff, calling it a war crime and a severe violation of international humanitarian law.

Qatar described the act as a dangerous escalation that threatens regional security and stability.

In a statement issued Friday by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and carried by Qatar News Agency (QNA), Qatar called on the international community to take immediate action to stop Israeli attacks on civilian facilities, including hospitals, and to ensure protection for patients, the wounded, and medical personnel. The ministry also urged an end to Israel’s plans to forcibly evacuate the hospital.

Qatar reiterated its strong rejection of attempts to displace the Palestinian people from Gaza and reaffirmed its unwavering support for the Palestinian cause, including the establishment of an independent Palestinian state with East Jerusalem as its capital.
