Sharjah24: A 5.0 magnitude earthquake struck Adana province in southern Turkey on Monday.
According to a statement from the Turkish Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD), the earthquake was centered in the Kozan district of Adana, at a depth of 20.13 kilometers beneath the surface.
Adana Governor Yavuz Selim Kocak stated that authorities have not yet received any reports of damage or casualties resulting from the earthquake, affirming that monitoring teams are continuing to assess the situation.
