Sharjah 24 – WAM: Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, praised the emirate's advancements in government services after presenting Dubai Police with the Hamdan Flag, recognising their excellence in service delivery. He reviewed the results from the first phase of the Services 360 Policy, which aims to enhance and integrate government services.
Under the guidance of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai has established itself as a global leader in government services, focusing on innovative solutions to meet residents' needs. Sheikh Hamdan commended government teams for achieving a 91% customer trust rate and generating over AED 1 billion in savings, alongside a 98% reduction in service access times.
During the ceremony, notable initiatives like Dubai Municipality’s “Build in Dubai” were recognized for their service integration. The event highlighted contributions from various government entities and emphasized a collaborative approach that benefits the entire community.
Sheikh Hamdan expressed confidence that upcoming phases will further improve service quality, noting that the initiative has already enhanced 418 government services in just one year, resulting in significant time and cost savings for citizens.
The Hamdan Flag initiative encourages creativity and public participation, reinforcing Dubai’s commitment to exceptional service delivery and setting a global benchmark for integrated government services.
