M2.5 quake hits near Saudi’s Al Shuqaiq, no damage reported

Sharjah 24 – SPA: On Friday at 2:30 p.m., Saudi Arabia experienced a 2.5 magnitude earthquake south of Al Shuqaiq, a city in the southwestern part of the Kingdom along the Red Sea coast.
Tariq Aba Al-Khail, spokesperson for the Saudi Geological Survey, stated that the earthquake posed no danger and confirmed that no aftershocks were recorded.
