Sharjah24 - WAM: His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Presidential Court, today received Sheikh Fahad Yusuf Saud Al-Sabah, First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence, and Minister of Interior of the State of Kuwait, at Qasr Al Watan in Abu Dhabi.
During the meeting, His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed and Sheikh Fahad discussed ways to strengthen the fraternal Emirati-Kuwaiti relations and the progress of cooperation in all vital areas that serve the vision of both countries and the aspirations of their peoples for development and prosperity, in line with the needs of the present and the future.
They underscored the enduring brotherhood between the two nations, aligned with the desire of their leaders to foster stronger ties under the guidance of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
Both sides emphasised the importance of further consolidating Gulf unity in the face of regional and global challenges in a way that would help the GCC states achieve their shared goals of development, prosperity, and growth.
