Sharjah 24: Shabab Al Ahli lost to Al Gharafa FC of Qatar in the second preliminary round for the AFC Champions League, leading them to participate in the AFC Champions League 2 instead.

Shabab Al Ahli will compete in the AFC Champions League 2 after a 0-1 loss to Al Gharafa of Qatar today, Tuesday, at Al Bayt Stadium in Doha.

Shabab Al Ahli will join Sharjah in the AFC Champions League 2, while Al Ain and Al Wasl will represent the UAE in the elite league.

The match's sole goal was scored by Ferjani Sassi.
