The decision stipulated that the Board of Trustees of the University Hospital in Sharjah be formed, headed by Dr. Abdulaziz Saeed bin Butti Al Muhairi, Chairman of the Sharjah Health Authority, and the membership of each of:
1. Amal Ahmed Al Qatari Al Suwaidi, Director of Sharjah Health Authority - Vice President.
2. Dr. Khalifa Mohammed Al Saman Al Nuaimi, Executive Director of University Hospital Sharjah.
3. Dr. Qutaiba Hamid, Vice Chancellor of the University of Sharjah for Medical Colleges and Health Sciences Affairs and Dean of the College of Medicine at the University of Sharjah.
4. Dr. Hakam Yassin, Medical Director of University Hospital Sharjah.
5. Omar Sayed Mohammed, Financial Advisor at the Central Finance Department of the Government of Sharjah.
6. Hashem Al Faki Abdullah Ahmed, Legal Advisor to University Hospital Sharjah, Rapporteur.
The resolution states that Council members serve a three-year term starting from the date of formation, with the possibility of extension. The Council will continue its work after the initial term until a new Council is formed, and members whose term has expired may be reappointed.
This resolution will take effect from the date it is issued. The relevant authorities will each be responsible for implementing it, and it will be published in the Official Gazette.
