Regarding job opportunities, UAE prioritises recruiting highly skilled professionals across various sectors. Securing employment in the country is notably streamlined, supported by official entities that provide information, services, and electronic recruitment portals across different emirates, such as the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources website.
Additionally, the UAE ranks as the third-largest economy in the Middle East and achieved the 7th position on the 2022 'Top 10 countries in the Gross National Income (GNI) per capita index'. Its per capita income reached $48,950 that year, reflecting a 12.63% increase from $43,460 in 2021.
The UAE's population comprises more residents than citizens. Although factors like education and experience can influence average wages, the UAE is committed to safeguarding workers' rights. According to Trading Economics estimates, the minimum monthly wage in Oman reached 325 Omani Riyal in 2023, roughly equivalent to $844.

Kuwait ranks 60 globally and fourth regionally among the best countries to live in. For decades, it has been a top choice for individuals seeking employment and residency, thanks to its prospering economy, abundant job opportunities, high wages, and tax-free environment.
Kuwait's employment landscape focuses on recruiting highly qualified and experienced professionals. The country is rapidly expanding in non-oil sectors like sales, real estate, marketing, and business development, showcasing its rich and diversified economy. In 2022, CEOWORLD magazine ranked Kuwait as the fourth largest Gulf economy by Gross Domestic Product, highlighting its remarkably low unemployment rate globally.

This ranking is attributed to its numerous advantages, which include opportunities for career advancement, extensive travel options, and a tax-free income environment. It is worth noting that Saudi Arabia has a substantial foreign resident population, comprising 36.4% as per official 2021 statistics.
Saudi Arabia's thriving economy, ambitious Vision 2030, and expanding investments create diverse job opportunities across sectors such as oil, infrastructure projects, healthcare, finance, and technology, attracting talent from around the world.
Additional perks of living in Saudi Arabia include tax-free personal incomes, competitive salaries, and end-of-service gratuities provided by employers. In 2021, the Gross National Income (GNI) per capita in Saudi Arabia rose to $27.590 in 2022, up from $23.920.

The average life expectancy is 81 years, with a general satisfaction assessment of 7.3 out of 10, reflecting the country's overall quality of life.

Sweden's average household net-adjusted income per capita is $33,730 annually, with 75% of people aged 15-64 primarily engaged in paid employment and only 1% working very long hours. The country provides excellent healthcare and advanced education and has a high average life expectancy of 83 years. The general satisfaction assessment in Sweden aligns with that of Germany and Norway, scoring 7.3 out of 10.
