Sharjah 24 – WAM: In his capacity as the Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister, issued a decree on Dubai Land Department.
Decree No. (44) of 2024 stipulates that Marwan Ahmed bin Ghalita, CEO of the Real Estate Regulatory Agency be appointing as Director-General of the Dubai Land Department.
The Decree is effective from its date of issuance and will be published in the Official Gazette.
