Sharjah 24: Deeba Zargarpur, known for her middle grade and teen books, is participating in the 15th edition of the Sharjah Children’s Reading Festival (SCRF), which runs until May 12 at the Expo Centre Sharjah.

Zargarpur delves into the comparison between science fiction in literature and film, exploring whether they complement each other or serve as opponents, and which generates greater interest. 

She also discusses her latest book, "Farrah Noorzad and the Ring of Fate," a middle-grade fantasy tale where a 12-year-old girl discovers her true jinn heritage after a birthday wish gone awry traps her father in a magical ring, leading her on an epic quest to free him.
