Sharjah CP unveils two“6 Stars” plaques at Wasit Police Station

Sharjah 24: Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, Wednesday morning, unveiled two “6-Stars” rating plaques of the Wasit Comprehensive Police Station (WCPS) and the Traffic and Licensing Services Centre (TLSC), after they received the classification within the International Star Rating Programme, which was approved by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAEVice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai.
Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi visited the Wasit Comprehensive Police Station Center and Traffic and Licensing Services Centre, touring the corridors of the two centres, looking at the facilities and services provided to customers, and listening to a detailed explanation about the international star classification programme, the quality of services in the two centres, the best practices and work mechanisms followed, in addition to the facilities that contribute to providing distinguished services to customers.

Thanking the employees of the two centers, the Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah congratulated them on this achievement, which echoes their efforts in applying institutional excellence standards that contribute to achieving the goals of the UAE’s strategic plan to develop the government performance system, and are in line with the vision of the wise leadership towards enabling the UAE government sector to excel in its system, pointing out the necessity of preserving and enhancing the country’s achievements, and disseminating them to all service centers so that the customer receives services that exceed expectations.

The Wasit Comprehensive Police Station and the Traffic and Licensing Services Centres received a “6-Stars” rating within the International Star Rating Programme, which aims to build the customer experience system for the service centre in terms of concepts, standards, requirements and evaluation, and develop the customer service skills of the service center employees, in addition to evaluating and measuring the center’s current customer satisfaction level, identifying strengths and opportunities for improvement.

During the tour, the Crown Prince of Sharjah was accompanied by Major General Khalifa Hareb Al Khaili, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior; Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police; Mohammed bin Taliah, Head of Government Services in the Council of Ministers, and a number of senior officers, non-commissioned officers and individuals in the Ministry of Interior and Sharjah Police General Command.
