Sharjah Charity International, under the direction of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, is leading a campaign to aid people who have suffered because of the conflict in the Gaza Strip. This effort was organised in collaboration with the Big Heart Foundation and the Sharjah Volunteer Centre.
The campaign is a representation of the combined efforts of all major organisations in the United Arab Emirates and demonstrates the devotion and humanity of the country's citizens and residents.
The relief supplies contain 4,500 food packages and 3,000 packages specifically for mothers and children.
Over 3,000 volunteers and dozens of media outlets from across the world took part in the campaign. Several high-ranking Emirati officials were also present.
