Sharjah24: Ahmed Al Madhloum, the head of the Human Resources Management at Sharjah Islamic Bank (SIB) has highlighted the Bank’s efforts in promoting the Emiratisation strategy, aiming to increase the number of Emirati citizens in both the private sector and the financial and banking sector.
He mentioned to “Sharjah24” that Sharjah Islamic Bank adopts training programs, including leadership or regular programs, such as the Masaar and Ruwad Programs. He highlighted their participation in the 25th National Career Exhibition, stressing that they aim to attract national talent interested in leaving a mark in the banking sector.
