Sharjah24: The Sharjah Art Museum's Curator, Alya Al Mulla, affirmed that the Lasting Impressions Exhibition is an annual exhibition presented at the Sharjah Art Museum with the goal of shedding light on the most remarkable Arab artists who have had a significant influence on Arab art. This year's exhibition features the work of Palestinian-American artist Samia Halaby.

She noted that the SMA’s "Lasting Impressions”, now in its 13th edition, features creative artistic and abstract works by Palestinian-American artist Samia Halaby.

According to Al Mulla, the exhibition showcases more than 200 works of her artistic works dating from the 1950s to the present day, reflecting the artist's varied experiences and artistic stages. It also includes multimedia videos and oil paintings on canvas as well as digital paintings.

Al Mulla also stated that the exhibition includes some paper and documentary drawings in memory of the Kafr Qasim massacre, which occurred in 1956.

This year, the Sharjah Art Museum will be hosting educational events in conjunction with the exhibition for a variety of groups, including schools, universities, and colleges.
