Sharjah Ruler chairs University of Kalba’s BOT meeting

At the outset of the meeting, His Highness welcomed the attendees and wished them success. The Board of Trustees reviewed plans and strategies for the university's work mechanism that assure progress and fulfilment of the university’s objectives to become among the renowned and developed educational institutions.
His Highness presented to the Board of Trustees a package of directives that provide students with a stimulating and appropriate academic and training environment. In addition to developing academic programs in line with the emirate's plans and the obvious development raised in Kalba. His Highness highlighted the role of the Board of Trustees in caring for all the university's affairs and academic programs and working to intensify efforts for its development in various scientific and administrative fields.
During the meeting, His Highness approved forming committees and appointing their chairpersons. He also approved increasing the university's budget. The Board of Trustees members thanked His Highness for his follow-up of all university related issues.
