Sharjah 24: Sharjah Entrepreneurship Centre (Sheraa) Partnership Manager Muhra Al Balghoni confirmed the signing of a strategic MoU with the Wio Financial Platform.
According to the MoU, all startups under the Sheraa umbrella will receive a unique offer of free financial services from the platform for 90 days, followed by a reduction in monthly membership fees.
She also told "Sharjah 24" that under this memorandum, startups and independent entrepreneurs will benefit from monthly payroll, rent, VAT, and other services through the integration of the 'Wio platform's digital banking solutions with Sheraa's existing support programmes and resources.
Al Balghoni noted that the pact signed by the Sharjah Entrepreneurship Centre provides a variety of critical services to company founders, independent entrepreneurs, and persons with licences.
These services include the creation of entirely digital bank accounts and the use of customised account plans tailored to their specific requirements. Furthermore, customers can receive 3% annual interest on savings accounts approved by the Central Bank of the UAE.
